‘BLUE PLAQUE 30 YEARS IN BLACKPOOL’ PRESENTATION NORTH PIER BLACKPOOL SATURDAY 8TH JULY 2017

2017 marks 30 years since Joe’s first Blackpool summer season on the North Pier in 1987. In this time he’s smashed all the box office records with unrivalled success. Launching a summer of celebrations, Joe is to be honoured with a blue plaque on The North Pier in July at the start of his 2017 Viva Blackpool residency.
Come along and join Joe with his special guests on The North Pier for an exclusive unique afternoon on Saturday 8th July. The event being held in The Theatre Bar runs from 4pm to 7pm and will include the unveiling of a prestigious plaque to commemorate his ’30 Years Beside The Seaside in Blackpool’.

A great opportunity to come along and enjoy time in the company of Joe at one of his very favourite locations, Bettys TeaRooms at York, a place very dear to his heart.
The event in The Belmont Room, on the 1st floor at Bettys is between 6pm and 8pm and includes Bettys legendary Afternoon Tea.The founder of Bettys Frederick Belmont, commissioned the same designers who styled the Queen Mary cruise liner to work their art deco magic on the room and it’s every bit as spectacular today as when it opened in 1937.
