We are delighted to announce the release of a brand new DVD from Joe Longthorne.

Some of you may know that the cameras have been following Joe around for the last couple of months. Joe made the decision to allow the producers unrestricted access to all aspects of his life, professional and private, as the news came through in late Spring that Joe was again suffering from cancer and facing up to a major operation, this time immediately threatening the very thing he so greatly values and lives for, singing and performing. Uncertain of what he was facing with regard to major surgery and treatment, Joe made the decision to put as much of his life as he could down on film and so “Joe Longthorne In My Own Words” came to be.

Reactive Media have filmed Joe at all the Blackpool landmarks in Joe’s life, walking quietly along the beautiful Fylde beach with his beloved Labrador Kennedy and partner James. Cameras were allowed into Joe’s home for a rare and enlightening look at Joe in his garden and home, Joe’s 59th Birthday party and landmark shows at Viva Blackpool and around the country were all captured on film and the hours of footage have now been edited into this brand new DVD. Over an hour long this DVD will be available from 27th July 2014 from two sources as follows:-
