EVENTS UPDATE
We are sorry to have to advise anyone who had booked for Joe’s Birthday Celebration this coming Friday 31st May 2013 at VIVA Blackpool and Joe’s show at The Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel on Saturday 1st June that unfortunately these shows have had to be been postponed. After a brilliant run of shows in the last week or so a problem unfortunately developed with Joe's ear during his show at VIVA last night and following a consultation today his specialist has advised Joe to take a week’s rest from singing so that he can be fully fit for the start of the 2013 tour.
Tickets remain valid for the revised weekend dates which will be announced shortly. We would ask anyone with a ticket query on these shows to contact Mickey Martin, International Cabaret on Tel : 01706 650515.
The show at Liverpool’s Old Swan Cons Club this Thursday 30th May 2013 has also had to be postponed, the contact number for this is Tel: 0151-220-5093.

JOE LONGTHORNE GETS THE 2013 TOUR ON THE ROAD
Joe Longthorne's 2013 Nationwide Tour gets under way in the next few days and sees Joe playing an extensive list of engagements in theatres right around the country backed by his band, under the direction of MD Steven "Stretch" Price. Joe has already performed a select number of gigs to open his performing year including the Hippodrome Casino in London's West End at Easter.
This year sees Joe returning to performing with his band, receiving glowing comments and rave reviews from fans and critics alike. Joe will perform a wealth of songs from his 40 year plus career including all his hits , one or two new numbers and of course some scorching oldies too.

CLUB LA COSTA WORLD RESORT HOSTS JOE LONGTHORNE MBE AT MONTEREY TENERIFE
Last month Joe Longthorne MBE was delighted to pay a visit to Tenerife and perform at the island’s cabaret venue, Showtime. With the British weather being somewhat typically “British”, Joe was able to escape the UK’s April showers and relax and enjoy the sunshine and good weather. Joe was invited to stay at the Club La Costa (CLC) World resort Monterey where he enjoyed all the excellent facilities and warm hospitality on offer from the Management team, headed by resort manager Tony Abello.
Joe is very impressed with CLC World resort Monterrey and looks forward to a return visit later this year and, in particular, working with CLC’s “Smile Foundation” charity which works to help people in need and the poor. Joe received a MBE for his extensive charity work last December and he has pledged his support for the future.
