DAVID GEST WELCOMES JOE LONGTHORNE TO HIS ‘LEGENDS OF SOUL LIVE CONCERT’
It’s a great pleasure to announce that Joe Longthorne is to make a special headline appearance on David Gest’s ‘Legends of Soul Live Concert’ at The Grand Blackpool on Saturday 8th February 2014. Joe and David are good friends and David is delighted that Joe has accepted his invitation to join the show as his very special guest.
The show at The Grand next February will feature Joe making a rare performance of his 1994 hit single “Young Girl” together with “A Song For You” with The Temptations. Joe last appeared with David Gest in 2009 when David’s “My Life Concert Tour” played at The Winter Gardens Blackpool. On that occasion Joe appeared alongside Dennis Edwards, Denice Williams, The Stylistics, Peabo Bryson, Jimmy Ruffin and Billy Paul and he’s really looking forward to appearing again on David’s show.
The show will tour the UK during February 2014 and features Motown Legend Dennis Edwards lead singer of The Temptations, Percy Sledge, Sheila Ferguson of The 3 Degrees, Eddie Holman, Jody Watley of Shalamar, Gwen Dickie of Rose Royce, Eddie Floyd and Little Anthony.

JOE LONGTHORNE BACK AT SHOWTIME TENERIFE JANUARY 2014
Following up on the news announcement earlier this week, we can now confirm the details on Joe Longthorne's return to Tenerife to perform next January.
Joe will be appearing at Showtime Tenerife on Friday 17th January 2014. As already announced Leye D.Johns will also be appearing on the bill.
The tickets go on sale on September 1st 2013 and full event details will be posted on our events section just as soon as we receive full details.

Joe's no stranger to this beautiful part of the world, it's one of his favourite places, and is looking forward to returning to the island he last visited in April this year.

Summer 2013 sees Joe Longthorne starring in cabaret at the North West's hottest entertainment venue 'VIVA Blackpool'.
Joe is appearing at VIVA every Sunday until 3rd November 2013 with his full band and singers.
